1:1 Support &
Mentorship
Each candidate cohort is assigned their own Advisor for the duration of the SPEED Sales Bootcamp. Upon graduation from the program, each candidate is paired with a mentor to provide 1 on 1 mentorship and guidance. This continues through their interview process all the way to the completion of the onboarding and ramp performance period.

As a graduate of our program, each candidate will have lifetime access to our community events, member support channels, 1:1 mentorship, and training & certification schools. What are the upfront costs?
There are NO upfront costs as either a candidate or a partner. We don't believe in requiring payment upfront for people who are interested in making themselves better.
What makes you different?
In comparison to similar services offered, we tend to have the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) both from a candidate and a partner perspective. We don't charge tuition or Income-Shared-Agreements (ISAs) to our candidates, and our placement cost for partners are more affordable than the cost of just one churned rep per year.
What is this program called?
Similar services offered to ours are often referred to as "Sales Apprenticeships" or "Recruiting". That said, since we have post-placement support, training, and development, we consider ourselves to be more in line with a Career Enablement Platform for our candidates while operating as a Premium Placement Service for our Partners.
What kind of jobs can I get?
If you are new to the sales world, we can help you get trained & enabled with our SPEED Sales Bootcamp to land your first sales job as a Sales Development Rep (SDR). For tenured SDRs looking to make the jump to first-time Account Executive (AE) we also have an AE Academy available to help get you to the next step in your career.
